PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a transparent conducting film is provided to reduce length and volume of carbon nanotubes and to prevent chemical damage of carbon nanotubes. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conducting film comprises: a substrate and conductive layer coated on the substrate. A method for manufacturing the transparent conducting film comprises: a step of adding collision energy to the carbon nanotubes to disperse the carbon nanotubes; a step of mixing the dispersed carbon nanotubes in an adhesive solution to make mixture solution; a step of coating the mixture solution on a substrate; and a step of drying the substrate.
