PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to reduce a layout size and production costs by controlling a driving voltage without adding a separate part. CONSTITUTION: A voltage generator(30) outputs a first voltage based on an operation enable signal to an output node. A word line driver(40) supplies a second voltage lower than the first voltage in response to a drive enable signal to the word line as the driving voltage. The logic of the drive enable signal is transited according to the transition of the logic of the operation enable signal. The voltage generator comprises an inverter inverting the operation enable signal. The voltage generator comprises a pull-up circuit pulling up the voltage of the output node to the first voltage in response to the output signal of the inverter.
