PURPOSE: A heat sink using welding is provided to improve cooling performance by increasing a heat sink area by combining a plurality of fins. CONSTITUTION: A base(100) comprises a plurality of fin insertion grooves and is processed with one or more among extrusion, pulling, and die casting methods. A fin(200) is formed by a press process and is inserted into the fin insertion groove. The fin and the base are bonded with one or more among brazing, soldering, and bonding methods.
