COMPRESSION STANDARD SIMULATION METHOD FOR SIMULATION PROGRAM OF WIRE HARNESS TERMINAL COMPRESSION SIMULATION

摘要

PURPOSE: A compression standard simulation method for a simulation program of wire harness terminal compression simulation is provided to induce an optimized condition anywhere through a computer through the simulation for various conditions. CONSTITUTION: A pressure condition of a wire and a terminal of wiring harness is inputted(S20), and the property information for each element is inputted(S30). The state of the terminal, the wire, the punch and the envil is analyzed through an additional program(S50). A design variable is set up through an orthogonal array table(S70), and a one-way table is created through regression equation. A design condition is calculated by comparing the one-way table with the orthogonal table(S80).
