PURPOSE: A hot water supply apparatus for a mat is provided to efficiently transfer heat to circulating water by employing a plate-shaped heater attached to the bottom surface of a water tank. CONSTITUTION: A hot water supply apparatus for a mat comprises a hollow box(10), a water tank, a circulating pump, a pipe line and a heater. The circulating pump comprising a pump inlet port and a pump outlet port is installed inside the box. The pipe line includes a guide pipe connecting the pump inlet port and a circulating water outlet port, a discharge pipe connected to the pump outlet port, and a return pipe connected to a circulating water inlet port. The heater of plate shape indirectly contacts with circulating water flowing through the pipe line and the water tank by being installed in a heater mounting surface of a water tank housing.
