PURPOSE: An IP broadcasting receiver and an advertising contents play method are provided to purchase an advertising product and watch advertising contents through a user selection menu screen after booting a system by reproducing various advertising contents during a system booting operation. CONSTITUTION: After completing system booting, a CPU(Central Processing Unit) reproduces a user selection menu screen(S11,S12). When an advertising content menu item is selected, the CPU reproduces the advertising contents(S13,S14). When a user requests a system-off operation, the CPU automatically accesses an advertising content website(S19,S20). The CPU downloads the latest advertisement contents related to the advertisement contents(S21), and performs the system-off operation(S22). |
