CHARGING UNIT AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE COMPRISING THE CHARGING UNIT

PURPOSE: A charging device and an image forming device with the charging device are provided to perform charging using corona discharging and remove ozone generated during charging. CONSTITUTION: A discharging unit(130) discharges an ozone within a duct(110) to the outside. A charging device(120) performs charging using charging points arranged by a set pattern to keep ozone balance by an area within the duct. The pattern divides the discharging points into intervals according to the distance from the discharging unit and differently sets intervals between the discharging points by each interval. The discharging unit includes fans which are arranged in different locations in the duct.
