PURPOSE: A weather strip fixing structure and a fixing unit of a car door is provided to conveniently assemble by simplifying processes. CONSTITUTION: A weather strip fixing structure of a car door comprises a weather strip assembly, and a weather strip member(200). The weather strip assembly comprises a plurality of fitting grooves(110) in both sides of a door trim. The weather strip member, with a protrusion(210) which is meshed with fitting grooves, improves the fixing force of the weather strip. The weather strip fixing structure fit the groove and the protrusion by force.
