PURPOSE: A groove forming apparatus for a pipe is provided to achieve a simple groove forming mechanism in which a fixed pipe is drawn in a specific direction to form a spiral groove on the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A groove forming apparatus for a pipe comprises a worktable(10), a pipe fixing unit(20) which is arranged on one side of the worktable to hold and support a pipe(12) to be processed, a spiral groove forming unit(30) with groove forming blades which is arranged through the inside of the pipe held in the pipe fixing unit, and a drawing unit which pulls the spiral groove forming unit to form a spiral groove on the inner surface of the pipe.
