METHOD FOR PREDICTING BENDING LIFE OF WIRING HARNESS

PURPOSE: A method for predicting a bending life of wiring harness is provided to predict the durability and the location of short-circuit caused by an external force through a non-linear analysis. CONSTITUTION: A finite element model of wiring harness is formed through finite element analysis(S20), and the stress is calculated through the non-linear analysis caused by the operation of the wiring harness(S30). The virtual durability life of the wiring harness is predicted through position searching(S40). Through the disconnection life expression, the actual durability life of the wiring harness is measured(S70).
