PREHEATING ZONE STRUCTURE IN HEATING FURNACE

PURPOSE: A preheating zone structure of a furnace is provided to reduce a heating waiting time of a furnace by concentrating a gas on the upper side of a slab. CONSTITUTION: A preheating zone structure of a furnace comprises a noise portion(7) and a guide wall(10). The noise portion is arranged as heating between the preheating zone and heating zone. The noise portion comprises a combustion burner(3). A combustion burner heats a loaded slab(2). The guide wall induces the combustion gas created from the combustion burner to slab.
