PURPOSE: A residual removing apparatus is provided to prevent scales from being pressed on a rear plate surface by removing scales created on a rear plate surface. CONSTITUTION: A residual removing apparatus comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe. One side of the inner pipe is connected to an air supplying part(31) and air flows therein. An air discharge port is formed in the inner pipe. The inner pipe is inserted inside the outer pipe. A cover part is formed on the both sides of the outer pipe. Multiple air injection holes are formed on the outer circumference of the outer pipe.
