PURPOSE: A noodle making machine is provided to promote gluten production in dough by selectively adding heat on a part of the noodle making machine and to make elastic noodles using a screw part in the main body of the noodle making machine. CONSTITUTION: A noodle making machine includes the following: an inlet(11) receiving dough; a main body(10) with an outlet(13) discharging the dough put into the inlet; a moving member(30) moving the dough to the outlet; a heating part(50) selectively heating the dough installed on the main body; and a noodle making part(70) forming dough with different sizes and thicknesses and discharging the dough through the outlet. A heating part selectively heats the main body.
