PURPOSE: Glasses for preventing drowsiness are provided, which can accurately decide the sleepiness of a driver regardless of head position of the driver and lane change. CONSTITUTION: An infrared sensor(21) changes the infrared ray generated from the skin of the eyeball and eyelid of a user into an electric signal. A differential amplifier(221) amplifies difference between the electricity signal level generated from the skin area of the eye edge and the electricity signal level generated from pupil or the eyelid domain. A signal processing unit(22) decides the sleepiness of a user through a pulse signal outputted in the differential amplifier.
