PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of peach jam is provided to promote digestion and absorption of peach in a stomach while reducing sweet taste of the peach jam by processing the peach into a small particle with grain syrup. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of peach includes the following steps: heating peach and water with a weight ratio of 1 : 1 for 1 ~ 2 hours in 95-100°C(S10); filtering a peach-water mixture with a filtering unit(S20); reheating the filtered peach-water mixture for 15 ~ 25 minutes in 85-95°C(S30); heating and agitating the peach-water mixture with grain syrup containing peach for 15 ~ 25 minutes(S40); and wrapping the peach-water mixture in a packing container(S50). |
