<p>PURPOSE: An in-cell type optical touch sensing liquid crystal display and a method for detecting a light performed by the LCD is provided to reduce the load of a scan line by connecting a charge device in a light detection region of array substrate to a common line. CONSTITUTION: An array panel comprises a display region and a light sensing area. The light sensing area(300) comprises a switching element(301), a charge charging element(302), and an optical detecting device(303). A first terminal of the switching element receives a selection signal. The second terminal of the switching element is connected to a readout system. The first terminal of the charge charging element is connected to a third terminal of the switching element. The second terminal of the charge charging element is connected to a common line(308). The first terminal of the optical detecting device is connected to the n-th scan line. The second terminal of the optical detecting device is connected to the first terminal of the charge charging element.</p> |
