PURPOSE: A cold rolled steel with a superior plating property and a secondary working embrittlement resistance, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the resistivity to the secondary working embrittlement resistance by reducing the content of Phosphorous. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cold rolled steel with a superior plating property comprises a step of re-heating the temperature of a steel sheet in Ac3 point; a step of maintaining the heating state of the steel sheet for 3~4 hours; a step of performing a finishing rolling of a steel sheet in a temperature of Ar3~Ar3+100; a step of manufacturing a hot rolled steel sheet by rolling and cooling the steel sheet; and a step of cold rolling a hot rolled steel sheet.
