Reproducing power plant belongs to the field of electrical engineering (machines and devices for production of electric energy). When the long arm of a lever (4A) is impacted by an external driving power (electric motor, steam from a water turbine (then over the shorter arm of a lever (4B), a suppressor (10) and a lever (7) for drawing a gear (11) is moved, and over a pivot (M) a ball lifter (13) with balls (9), as well. With regard to the effect of a kinetic (driving) energy of the balls (9) which is required in a free fall to move a rotor (15) that moves a generator (20), and this with this type of invention is used with no loss of energy for 'free-of-charge' moving the rotors (16 and 17) positioned along a vertical line, that also move the power producing generators (21 and 22). With regard to the reduction of friction between the disk (2) of a round shape and an arm of a double lever (4A') by building-in a rotary pipe (3D) and a rotary pipe (3A) that over a post (19) and a groove (19A) directs the movement of the arm of the lever along the vertical line, thus the loss of the driving force of the engine (1) is reduced.
