PURPOSE: A flow rate meter is provided to reduce the generation of the disconnection due to the vibration of a pipe and reduce flow rate detection error due to temperature difference within a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A flow rate meter comprises a base(11), a plate(10), a flow rate detecting element(2), and a circuit board(5). The base comprises a base body(32) and a flange(17). The base body comprises a connector(13) projected in the base part to the outside of the inhalation pipe(30). The flange is formed on the base body and is inserted into a device inserting hole(31). The plate is composed of Polybutyleneterephthalate resin provided on the base. The flow rate detecting element is exposed on the plate. The circuit board is formed on the connector side of the plate.
