PURPOSE: An outgas automatic analyzing device and an outgas automatic analyzing method are provided to enable fixed quantity analysis and qualitative analysis of outgas by automatically analyzing the minute amount of outgas generated from sample due to light energy. CONSTITUTION: An outgas automatic analyzing device(100) comprises a receiving portion(110), an optical source portion(120), a pipeline(130), a concentration part(140) and an analysis portion(150). The receiving portion accepts the sample. The optical source portion is installed in the receiving portion and radiates light on the sample. The pipeline is connected to the receiving portion and delivers the outgas of the sample generated by the light. The concentration portion concentrates the delivered outgas. The analysis portion analyzes the concentrated out gas.
