PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of sweet rice drink using waste liquid for boiling beans is provided to reduce processing costs in a bean process, and to manufacture functional drink by using the waste liquid containing nutrients. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of sweet rice drink using waste liquid for boiling beans includes the following steps: mixing hard-boiled rice 40%(w/v) and bean boiling water 10-30%(w/v) in malt extract 200mL(S10); sugaring a mixture in an incubator for 6 hours in 60°C(S20); filtering the sugared mixture with Cheese cloth; heating the mixture for 20 minutes in 95°C or more(S30); and filtering the heated mixture with the Cheese cloth(S40). The malt extract is produced by filtering and separating the mixture with purified water 600ml and powdered malt 60g.
