PURPOSE: A speeding-vehicle detecting system with an alarm function is provided to prevent speeding by informing a careless driver of speeding. CONSTITUTION: A speeding monitoring camera(100) is installed on a road. The speeding monitoring camera detects speeding vehicles. The speeding monitoring camera takes a picture of speeding vehicles. An alarm board(110) is installed on the lower part of the speeding monitoring camera. The alarm board displays a character or a warning lamp when taking a picture of speeding vehicles. The alarm board includes an LED circuit board(111), a controller(112), and a power supply unit(113). The controller controls the LED to be turned on/off. |
