Invention herewith described refers to a new method for immobilization of lipase from Candida rugosa on commercial supports Eupergitu C. and Eupergitu C250L due to the use of microwave radiation the immobilization process is significantly reduced and, moreover, the activity in the reaction of esterification of isobutyric acid by amil alcohol. Immobilization by a microwave radiation is achieved by a simple positioning a container for the reaction in a commercial microwave owen and adjusting the power of the radiation and the time of reaction.
