The arrangement has a slave flap leaf (14) and a master flap leaf with transversally opposed junction edges and edges articulated on a body structure element of a vehicle, respectively. The slave leaf has a rear face (38) that carries a stop element (40) arranged at immediate proximity to the junction edge of the slave leaf. The stop element has a free active end (42) that is made of impact absorbing material so as to avoid any collision between a stop element of the master leaf and a front face of the master leaf when the master leaf is closed, by mistake, before the slave leaf.
