PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for skin application for removing blackhead is provided to easily remove without irritation on the skin. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin application for removing blackhead contains Marjoram essential oil, cinnamon bark essential oil, or rosemary essential oil as an active ingredient. The active ingredient is contained in 0.1-1 weight% based on total weight. The cosmetic composition is an oil or emulsion formulation containing oil. The oil is liquid phase oil of low viscosity, gel phase oil of high viscosity, cream phase oil, wax phase oil, or suspended liquid phase oil.
