PURPOSE: A power generator using a weight plumb is provided to generate power without external power by rotating a pulley using moment applied by the potential energy of a weight plumb and the length of an arm. CONSTITUTION: A power generator using a weight plumb comprises a frame(P), a pulley(10), a belt(20), a sub pulley(30), multiple legs, an arm(50), a weight plumb(60), and a rotary plate(70). The pulley is installed on the frame in three or more steps. A belt is installed in each pulley. The sub pulley is installed between the pulleys and increases the contact part of the belt and the pulley. The multiple legs are installed between the belts at regular intervals. An arm is coupled with the leg by a hinge. The arm is installed in order not to rotate an arm over a fixed angle. The weight plumb is installed in the arm.
