PURPOSE: A power conversion device of a wind turbine using a hydraulic system is provided to reduce the load applied to a pole because a windmill, an accelerator, and a hydraulic pump are installed on the upper side of the pole and a hydraulic motor and a generator are installed on the ground. CONSTITUTION: A power conversion device of a wind turbine using a hydraulic system comprises a windmill(2), an accelerator(3), a hydraulic pump(5), a hydraulic motor(6), an oil tank(7) and a generator(4). The windmill, the accelerator and the hydraulic pump are installed in the upper side of a pole. The accelerator having a low-stage acceleration function transfers the rotation speed of the windmill to the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump pumps up oil by being rotated according to the rotation speed of the windmill. The hydraulic motor and the generator are installed on the ground. The hydraulic motor revolves at the speed corresponding to the amount and pressure of the oil pumped by the hydraulic pump. The oil tank stores the oil needed by the hydraulic pump and the oil returning through the hydraulic pump. The generator generates AC voltage by being rotated according to the rpm of the hydraulic motor. |
