The device (46) has a measuring cell (52) mounted between a support washer (48) and another support washer (50). The washers are axially and rotatively connected by the cell. A hydrostatic translational guiding unit (56) is mounted on the latter washer opposite to the former washer. A voltage sensor (58) is interposed between the guiding unit and the former washer for providing a value representing axial voltage independent from couple of forces exerted on the washers.
