In a signal processing package (200_3), a large OBP which supplies to the entire processing device for processing data handled by the signal processing package (200_3) power in accordance with the size of the entire load of the execution of processing in the processing device and a small OBP which supplies power in accordance with the size of the load of the execution of local processing in a part of the processing device in the midstream of a supply path through which power is supplied from the large OBP to the processing device and which supplies power smaller than power supplied by the large OBP are provided.
