PURPOSE: A concentrating optical apparatus for solar power system and a solar power system using the same are provided, which minimize light concentration loss domain and enhance optical focusing rate. CONSTITUTION: A Fresnel lens(110) has the predetermined focus. A first reflector(211) is separated from the Fresnel lens and is formed on the locus of the virtual first parabola having the same focus as the Fresnel lens. Second reflectors(212,213) are separated from the first parabola, are formed on the locus of the second parabola having the same focus as the first parabola, and are separated from the Fresnel lens and the first reflector.
