PURPOSE: A tubular electrolysis apparatus and a wastewater processing method using the same are provided to increase oxidation effect of contaminate materials by securing retention time for indirect oxidation effect in a bulk region. CONSTITUTION: A tubular electrolysis apparatus includes the following: an inlet(20) receiving wastewater from the outside with a bulk region to indirectly and electrochemically oxidize the wastewater and formed to a cylindrical shape; a housing with an outlet(30) discharging the processed wastewater; an anode electrode(50) passing through the housing in a longitudinal direction; a tube-typed cathode electrode(60) oxidizing the wastewater and surrounding an anode electrode. The tube-typed cathode electrode ahs a hole(120). The inlet is protruded from the outer circumference of the housing.
