PURPOSE: A livestock wastewater liquid fertilization and purification facility is provided to use livestock wastewater as a liquid fertilizer by adding a coagulant with a fixed quantity. CONSTITUTION: A livestock wastewater liquid fertilization and purification facility comprises the following: a coagulant mixing tank(5) forming mixed water by mixing a coagulant with livestock wastewater; a coagulation tank(6) separating the mixed water into condensed water and a floating floc; an aeration tank(11) forming aeration processed water by aerating the condensed water; a settling tank(12) forming precipitated water by precipitating minute particles in the aeration processed water; and a purification unit to purify the precipitated water.
