PURPOSE: A relay system with a convenient facilities booth is provided to utilize a convenient facilities booth which is re-installed, thereby resolve a shadow region without additional space for installation of relay device. CONSTITUTION: A relay system with convenient facilities booth(100) comprises a phone booth(110), a side cover(112), a upper cover(115), a relay module(130), and a handle(134). A receiving space is prepared in a convenient of life booth. The relay module is installed inner side of a storage space to be available for slide to be available for entrance and exist in one-sided direction of the storage space. The side cover forms into one with the phone booth. The relay module transmits and receives a wireless signal.
