PURPOSE: A canister mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to rotate a rotate rotary support plate and a canister downward by releasing the locking of a hanging hook. CONSTITUTION: A canister mounting structure of a vehicle is constituted as follows. A canister(40) is fixed on the top of a rotary support plate(50). A hinge(51) of the front end of the rotary support plate is connected to a vehicle body between a spare tire well(30) and a fuel tank(20). A collision safe pin(60) installed at a spare tire web is connected to the hanging hook formed at the rear end of the rotary support plate. The rotary support plate and the canister rotate downward by releasing the locking of the hanging hook when a collision safe pin is moved to the front due to vehicle rear collision.
