PURPOSE: A water heat exchanging type air conditioner associated with heat pump is provided to prevent the coagulation of the air cooler heat exchanger in a cooling mode. CONSTITUTION: A water heat exchanging type air conditioner associated with heat pump comprises an outdoor unit(100), an indoor unit(200), and an operational control member. The outdoor unit comprises a compressor(110) and a water cooling heat exchanger(120). The indoor unit comprises an air cooler heat exchanger(210). The operational control member controls the operation of the indoor unit and outdoor unit. A refrigerant temperature sensor, a water temperature sensor, and a flow measurement sensor are installed in one side of the water cooling heat exchanger.
