PURPOSE: A geographical displacement sensing unit is provided to measure 3D coordinate displacement on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A geographical displacement sensing unit comprises sensing units(112,114), a timing setting unit(210) and a displacement calculating unit(220). The sensing unit measures 3D coordinate displacement in the Tilt valve at the longitudinal direction in movement at the measurement timing. The timing setting unit establishes the measurement timing. The displacement calculating unit computes 3D coordinate displacement data measured in the sensing unit to the ground displacement amount.
