<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact sensor unit which suppresses influences of external force on a sensor element, an electronic device provided with the contact sensor unit concerned, and a method for manufacturing the contact sensor unit concerned. <P>SOLUTION: A fingerprint sensor 1 includes: a flexible board 10 having a conductor pattern; a sensor element 20 which has a detection face 22 which detects a subject's fingerprint, is packaged on the flexible board 10 so that the detection face 22 is covered with the flexible board 10, and has a terminal jointed electrically to the conductor pattern; and a reinforcing member 30 surrounding the sensor element 22 fixed to the flexible board 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
