<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator having performance equivalent to that of a piezoelectric actuator where a piezoelectric element is soldered by leaded solder without damaging the piezoelectric element by stress even when soldering the piezoelectric element by lead-free solder. <P>SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric actuator, a plurality of piezoelectric elements 3 in which an external electrode is formed on the side are connected in series, the external electrode 11 of each piezoelectric element 3 and a lead wire 12 are soldered by lead-free solder 14, and the end faces of adjacent piezoelectric elements 3 are adhered by an adhesive. In the piezoelectric actuator, the lead wire 12 is bent at places excluding a place to be soldered to the external electrode 11 of the piezoelectric element 3, and the external electrode 11 of the piezoelectric element 3 and the lead wire 12 are subjected to line contact at least at one place. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
