<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of press-fitting of both splines in a press-fitting structure in which an external spline is press-fitted to an internal spline. <P>SOLUTION: An addendum-fitting guide surface 17a gently tilted toward the front so that the height thereof is gradually reduced is formed on the front end surface 17b side of the addendum surface 17 of the external spline which is fitted first when both splines are fitted to each other. A tooth flank-fitting guide surface 16a gently tilted toward the front so that the width thereof is gradually reduced is formed on the front end surface side of the tooth flank 16 of the external spline. The rear end of the tooth flank-fitting guide surface is positioned further on the front end surface side than the rear end of the addendum-fitting guide surface. The tooth flank of the internal spline 26 comprises an addendum side flat surface part formed of trapezoidal sides and a dedendum side flat surface part formed of rectangular sides arranged continuously with the dedendum side thereof.
