<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crankcase emission control apparatus suppressing deterioration of fuel consumption during an idle operation of internal combustion engine, and during driving of a vehicle-mounted air conditioning machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The crankcase emission control apparatus 60 performs ventilation of an engine 10 for the engine 10 in which an air conditioning machine 80 is driven during an idle operation, and adjusts an amount of blow-by gas to be supplied from the engine 10 to an air intake passage 49 by an electronic control type PCV valve 63 according to an engine load. Here, during the idle operation, and during driving of the air conditioning machine 80, the amount of blow-by gas is made smaller than a value corresponding to an engine load.
