<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing system efficiently sterilizing air to be supplied to a large space and an air-conditioning sterilizing system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sterilizing system includes an air conditioner connected to a plurality of blowout ports opened in a movie theater as one large space via an air supply duct and supplying conditioned air to the respective blowout ports via the air supply duct. A sterilizing chamber 120 is provided in an air blow passage from the air conditioner to the plurality of blowout ports. A plurality of air-liquid contact members 41A1, 41A2 for sterilizing the conditioned air by making the conditioned air and electrolyzed water contact with each other and fixation members 31A, 32A provided on the inner wall face of the sterilizing chamber 120 and supporting the air-liquid contact members 41A1 are provided within the sterilizing chamber 120. In clearances between the fixation members 31A, 32A and the air-liquid contact members 41A1, A2, a first cover member 37A and a second cover member 38A covering the clearances are provided.
