Ž<P>SOLUTION: This fuel injection device 1 includes an annular fuel passage 10, a supply passage 11 for supplying the fuel to the fuel passage along the tangential direction, an annular nozzle section 14 for injecting the fuel, a plurality of supply holes 17 communicating the fuel passage and the nozzle section while being intersected with the fuel swirling direction at an acute angle at several parts in the circumferential direction in the fuel passage for guiding the fuel supplied to the fuel passage to the nozzle section, and first to third swirlers 8, 18, 20 disposed near the nozzle section and atomizing the fuel injected by the nozzle section. The fuel is dispersed in the circumferential direction in the fuel passage, discharged from the nozzle section as an uniform liquid film free from band, and atomized by the swirlers.
