<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove fish scales without requiring increase of capacity of a high-pressure pump and the number of the pumps, with reduced power and water consumption. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic fish scale remover is provided with injection nozzles 31, 33 each installed on the swinging parts of swing arms 21, 25 and the injection nozzles 31, 33 are configured to move circularly.
