<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adherence substance with excellent endurance, having a low viscosity as a composition before curing for providing a preferable coating property for restraining the use amount of a solvent, a low adhesion force after curing with a small rise of adhesion force by passage of time for providing a preferable cohesiveness to a substrate, excellent cohesiveness to an adherend and re-detachability, and a preferable wettability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The adherence substance is obtained by curing a curable composition including: a silyl group-containing polymer (S) having a polyether chain, a polyester chain, and/or a polycarbonate chain in the main chain and a hydrolyzable silyl group at a molecular terminal; and an active hydrogen group-containing polyurethane polymer (P).
