<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade device for a vehicle capable of preventing a gap from generating between a frame provided at a top edge of a shade and a ceiling surface of a vehicle interior when the shade is pulled upward. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A sunshade device 10 of a vehicle 1 includes a shade 12 made of a flexible member, a shaft 14 for rolling up the shade 12, and a case 16 for housing the shaft 14. A flap 32 capable of sealing a gap between a ceiling surface R of a vehicle interior and a flame 20 when the shade 12 is pulled upward from inside of the case 16 is attached to the frame 20 provided at a top edge of the shade 12.
