<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily perform a thorough safety/quality check in order to detect even an invisibly small hole formed by a poisonous needle or a sewing needle without using an expensive detector or going through a time consuming chemical test. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Food is distributed being packaged in a fully blown pressurized packaging bag 1 whose inside pressure is slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure.
