<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and its manufacturing method capable of easily making appearance of a frame sufficient. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic device is provided with a body part 10; an electronic equipment 20 for covering a front surface of the body part 10 and exposing the front surface of the body part 10 by being displaced relative to the body part 10; a flexible base board 30 connected between a back surface of the electronic equipment 20 and the body part 10 and transmitting a signal to the electronic equipment 20; the frame 40 provided on the front surface of the body part 10 so as to store at least a part of the electronic equipment 20 in the state that the front surface of the body part 10 is covered with the electronic equipment 20, having a projection amount from the front surface of the body part 10 of a lower part than an upper part and having a notch part 48 below a position of the front surface of the body part 10 where the flexible base board 30 is connected; and a member 60 having a projection provided on a surface contacted with the frame 40 and fitted to the notch part 48.
