<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film roll causing little winding voids even if it is not stored at a room temperature or low temperature, or stored in a high temperature environment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The film roll is formed by winding the surface protective film roll, wherein an air biting ratio is 3.8-8.2%, and diameters of all bubbles in a roll inner layer are 10 mm or less when stored at 28-50°C for 60 days.
