PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for a free-access floor, which can shorten a time for joint with a frictional agitate joint means for joining the leading end of a rib of a panel body and a reinforcing plate member together, and which enables the leading end of the rib of the panel body and the reinforcing plate member to be surely joined together without generating poor joint. SOLUTION: This panel for the free-access floor includes: the panel body portion 22 which includes a flat plate 4 and the plurality of ribs 26 integrally formed on the backside of the flat plate portion 4; and the reinforcing plate member 24 which is joined to the leading ends of the plurality of ribs 26. The reinforcing plate member 24 and leading ends of the plurality of ribs 26 are joined together with the frictional agitating joint means in a fit-in portion 29 formed in the reinforcing plate member 24 for fitting the leading end of the rib 26. This enables the shortening of the time for the joint with the frictional agitating and joint means for joining the leading end of the rib of the panel body of the panel for the free-access floor and the reinforcing plate member together, and enables them to be surely joined together without generating the poor joint.
