A mobile station (UE) comprises a CSG cell managing unit (11) that is configured to manage a single or a plurality of CSG cell IDs; and a control unit (14) that is configured such that, if a first CSG cell ID included in received broadcast information is not managed by the CSG cell managing unit (11), the control unit (14) excludes a first CSG cell, which is determined by the first CSG cell ID, from target cells of cell selection, cell reselection, PLMN selection, or automatic CSG cell search for a certain interval included in the broadcast information.
